In this paper, a calibrated using a mathematical model for Radiometry
Photothermal technique Infrared, considering their use in biomedical
applications instrument, experimental technique consists of a
medium-power laser, which develops switches by an electro-optical
modulator, subsequently incident on the sample, the radiation is
collected and focused onto an infrared detector, the signal of interest
on the sample is obtained by using a look-in amplifier, thereby
obtaining the amplitude and phase of the modulated signal, data are
collected in a database by an embedded system using serial
communication. The data is analyzed to determine sample parameters in Ag
nanoparticles of 10 to 30 nm. on diameter average were obtained by
chemical reduction of AgNO3, the solution containing 0.025 mu m. Silver
nitrate in 250 mL of deionized water was heated to 100 degrees C and
stirred mechanically. A citrate solution of 1, 0.5, 0.25, 0.125 and
0.062 % in water was added.
