Resumen:

This paper presents the fault diagnosis in the three-phase induction motor drive using the bond graph modeling approach. The diagnosis with bond graphs bases its analysis in the variables' amplitude changes causing shorter detection times because the detection and isolation stages can be carried out at the end of the transient state obtained from the fault. The bond graph model considers three stator windings, five rotor bars and the electronic switches to diagnose actual faults. The results presented are obtained in simulation. © 2006 IEEE.
