Resumen:
In this paper we present the results of an organizational change intervention project at the 150 years old National Conservatory of Music in Mexico City, where a guided selforganization planning process [1] was implemented to build a new collaborative systemic structure [2] linking the Children Division with the Schoolfor Music Teachers and the Musicology Research Department. The results have been better than expected and the three departments have now established such wonderful interactions that a series of music performances are being developed at the Conservatory to show and disseminate this success in the musical environment in Mexico City.
