Resumen:

The main results of the response of a building instrumented with accelerometers during 18 seismic events, and the analysis of the displacement and verticality obtained with a GPS system between February 2011 and March 2017 are presented. The building consists of a tower of 22 stories and three low-rise structures with a basement in common. From the beginning the tower presented differential settlement and tilting. To control these problems there has been four underpinning and a restructuring of the tower. The aim of the article is to show the structural performance of the building and determine whether rehabilitation has helped to control the loss of verticality. © 2017 International Society for Structural Health Monitoring of Intelligent Infrastrucure.
