Resumen:
Some recent secret sharing schemes with cheating detection based on the Shamir's scheme use a decomposition technique to improve its efficiency on a check digit function evaluation. As consequence, this allows a more efficient cheating detection. In this paper, we show a brief analysis of the possible values of the check digit function for some recently proposed schemes and notice some considerations that should been taken for new proposals. Moreover, we propose a scheme based on a decomposition technique over the ring Z(2m) that allows a more efficient implementation of the cheating detection in most of the cases.
