Resumen:

As a key component of levitation control system of maglev train, the reliability and efficiency of levitation chopper are particularly important. In order to improve the reliability and efficiency of the levitation chopper, the design of maglev train levitation chopper is based on the new power electronic device SiC MOSFET, the design principle of the busbar capacitance parameter of the chopper, selection of SiC MOSFET and drive circuit design principle is analyzed in detail, and double pulse test is designed to test the performance of SiC switch, then based on the actual operation condition of the levitation chopper, the switching loss and conduction loss of the Si IGBT module and SiC MOSFET module are compared, the efficiency of the SiC MOSFET levitation chopper is verified. © 2020 IEEE.
