Resumen:

The analysis of the experiences of 11 psychologists in training who participated in a psychology degree course at UNAM taught through Zoom is presented in this chapter. The concept of perezhivanie or experience (vivencia in Spanish), developed by Vygotsky, helps to understand the experiences of students, psychologists in training, mothers, children, and workers when taking the course from home. At the end of the course, students completed an online questionnaire about changes in school, family, and personal life in the face of the pandemic. It was analyzed from an ethnographic and hermeneutic perspective in relation to some course activities. Confinement was experienced as a significant change in their lives, with problems to be solved, but with opportunities to enjoy positive aspects of family life or time at home. © The Editor(s) (if applicable) and The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2023.
